4 Sex Positions to Overcome Premature Ejaculation
The first push back I get when teaching this technique is: “I can do it standing, laying down, or hanging from a ceiling fan and still finish in three minutes or less. It’s not the position” or a variable of it. And I agree that to prevent premature ejaculation the position in itself doesn’t matter, but when paired with a mental scale of your stimulation points, the sexual position can help you last much longer in bed.

So let us discuss four of the most common sexual positions:
Missionary: This is the most common sexual position; the male is on top of the female with both facing each other.
Riding: The male lays on his back while the female is on top; they face each other.
Spooning: Both male and female lay on their sides; male facing her back.
Reverse Missionary: Like the missionary position but with her on top and her legs spread apart while the male keeps his legs together.
So there you go, four positions that I want you to use for this exercise. These should all be used each time you have sex incorporating new variables or even new positions as you become better at it. The second part of this exercise involves creating a mental scale of your stimulation points.
Use the following scale to determine your different points of sexual stimuli.
0 – 4 You know you will be having sex but your penis is not yet stimulated
5 – 6 You turned the key on and your engine is running. Your penis is stimulated but there is no indication that you want to ejaculate just yet.
7 You are very stimulated. Your penis starts talking to you. “Hey, I want to finish” At this stage you can talk back and tell it to “shut the f up”. (Say so in your mind if you don’t want to end the session right then and there).
8 You know that it’ll soon be over.
9 For many guys suffering from premature ejaculation this stage represents the 3 minutes or less since they started penetration. You are at the door of the point of no return.
10 Veins pop, you fall to the side and fall asleep. No really, just just came.
Now that we have the positions and the stimulation scale is time to put them together. Remember that I want you to use all four positions. Do not worry if you can’t last long enough to use all four at the beginning; practice makes perfect. The point of this exercise is to have you do one position until you reach a level of seven at which point you stop and go into the next position. I have to be very honest with you, this works a lot better if you discuss the whole exercise with your partner; it may be kind of weird if you keep on flipping her this and that way without her knowing what the hell is wrong with you. It may be kind of fun, though.
All the while you are having sex try to forget about you suffering from premature ejaculation. Concentrate on your breathing; keep at steady breathing pattern. Make a mental note on how long it takes you to reach a seven on the scale and how long it takes you to go back to a four or five. Measure your speed and thrust and use different combinations to see which ones help you exercise better control of when you ejaculate.
Remember that the most important thing here is to get you to the point where premature ejaculation is no longer an issue in your life. These techniques can be used right now but it might take a bit of time to find the perfect combination of position and timing; in the meantime enjoy the practice and know that your partner appreciates the effort as well.
